Kids Parkour Classes includes Freerunning, Tricking and Tumbling for kids aged 8-16 years old.

We want you to progress quickly with fast paces session, learning basic jumps to 360 backflips. Gain confidence and push yourself to the limit.

Adult & Teen 3-Flo Fitness is a bodyweight fitness class using a combination of compound movements from parkour and calisthenics excersizes to strengthen the body.

We aim to create a strong body for teens 13+ to adults, it's never too late to get stronger.

Get an idea of experience levels to suit classes to your strength so we build you up properly. We may have mixed ability classes or split into beginner and advanced.

We will target mainly strength and cardio through Calisthenics and Parkour related movements.
