We believe that parkour is not just a sport, but a way of life that can help you achieve a strong body and mind. Our goal is to shape all ages, from young children to adults, through a combination of parkour and bodyweight fitness that can be achieved anywhere and anytime. 3-flo has started from nothing but experience in parkour and coaching and we are dedicated to build everything from the ground up. So create this community with us and help bring the spirit of parkour back to the sport and help us all climb to new heights and overcome any obstacle, even if that is jumping over a pile of laundry.

What is Parkour
- Parkour -
Moving between obstacles to get from A to B in the fastest, most efficient path possible.
- Freerunning -
Moving the body freely through obstacles expressing fluidity and freedom through jumps, spins and flips to show off our natural ability to move to the limit as creative as possible.
- Tricking -
A mix of martial arts, freerunning, gymnastics and breakdancing showcasing creative combinations of kicks, spins, flips and dance moves flowing every trick together to show off movements of multiple disciplines in a creative form of acrobatics.
- Gymnastics -
The art of showing off the elegance of the body's movement and form expressing the limits of an individual through perfecting the form of gymnastics on equipment such as bars and beams or tumbling and routines on floor.
- Parkour Flow -
The ability to link movement together in a fluid motion with minimal loss in momentum and speed, breathing life into your parkour skills.
